An Addition & Renovation for a Young Family in Scotrun

This young family was quickly outgrowing their 2-bedroom starter home and rather than moving they decided to add on and renovate. By extending the home 16-feet we were able to create a new Owner Bedroom Suite featuring a vaulted ceiling, exterior rear-patio access, His and Her Walk-in Closets and a generously sized Owner Bath with a roman-style shower. This older vacation home needed a little TLC! The owners prioritized us with the update of functional spaces, such as the Hall and Owner Bathroom, Laundry Room, Kitchen and fireplace.
