Located on the historic Moravian University campus in the heart of downtown Bethlehem, Foy Concert Hall is a modern 425-seat facility used for musical performances and large lectures. The renovation of the public bathrooms consisted of a full gut demolition and reconstruction using contemporary finishes able to withstand high-traffic use. It was essential for the project to be completed between concert seasons to avoid disruption of the fully booked venue schedule.

As part of a property-wide update, each of the existing ten cabins received a full bathroom addition on the rear and new heating/cooling HVAC units.
