WARRANTY CLAIMS
When you sign your construction agreement with Robert Ace Builders, you have peace of mind knowing that we offer a 1-year builder-backed warranty along with any manufacturer’s warranty on the products included in your project. Your sales representative can also offer your options for additional extended coverage.
Some additional things to remember:

Houses require more maintenance and care than most other products because they are constructed of hundreds and thousands of different components, each with their own special characteristics. It is the Owner’s obligation to understand how their home works and perform required maintenance.

Like most warranties, normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse is not covered.

The Owner understands that, like every other product made by human hands, a house or a home improvement may not be 100 percent perfect. This fact is true with new cars and other major purchases, and it is true for new homes as well. Some minor flaws or unforeseeable defect could require adjustments or touching up.

Rest assured that Robert Ace Builders stands behind all the work that we perform and will correct certain defects that may arise during the defined time period after construction has been completed, as is described in the limited warranty provided to you.
