PICK A HOME DESIGN

Our portfolio home plans have been expertly designed with proven, efficient layouts optimized for modern, comfortable living.  These plans allow for quicker construction starts and offer predictable, lower building costs.  A curated selection of pre-designed options gives you the ability to cost-effectively tailor the home to meet your specific needs.

 

* Our custom home program is also available for those who have the time and budget to invest in creating a design entirely from scratch around your specific vision.

FIND/EVALUATE A HOMESITE

Once a home plan has been selected, our team works closely with you to match the right homesite to your selected home plan.

  • If you need a property, our real estate team can help you find the perfect one.

  • If you have a property,  we can evaluate details early, helping you avoid costly surprises while ensuring your selected home plan complements the land both functionally and aesthetically.​

FINALIZE PRICING AND OBTAIN FINANCING

We help you understand the financing process for your selected home plan by providing the information lenders typically need, including plan details, specifications, and construction documentation. Whether you’re exploring construction-to-permanent loans or other financing options, our team works alongside you and your lender to help keep the process organized and moving forward.​

PRE-CONSTRUCTION AND PERMITTING

Once the construction agreement is signed and financing is secured, you will be assigned a dedicated project supervisor and construction administrator.

  • The construction administrator – will apply for your permits, help you finalize your selections, and serve as your primary office contact throughout construction.

  • The project supervisor – will meet with you on site as needed and monitor all aspects of the physical construction in the field.

CONSTRUCTION

Throughout construction you will be provided with a scheduled, weekly update – that includes the scheduled next steps and progress updates/photos. 

Our team will also conduct on-site walk throughs at key stages, so that you can see the quality, craftsmanship and attention to detail that is being put into your home. 

If there are any clarifications, questions or items that need to be discussed– we will reach out and keep you informed; issuing written change orders for approval as needed.

MOVE IN!

The last step is for you to move in a start enjoying a lifetime of memories.

At Robert Ace Builders, our one-year home warranty helps provide added peace of mind after move-in by covering warrantable items and addressing eligible concerns that may arise as your home settles and systems are used through the seasons.
