An Addition & Renovation for a Young Family in Scotrun

This young family was quickly outgrowing their 2-bedroom starter home and rather than moving they decided to add on and renovate. By extending the home 16-feet we were able to create a new Owner Bedroom Suite featuring a vaulted ceiling, exterior rear-patio access, His and Her Walk-in Closets and a generously sized Owner Bath with a roman-style shower. Below the addition was a full height basement extension to allow for more storage. To foster a more inclusive family atmosphere, we removed the walls at the existing basement staircase in order to create a stronger connection between the Living Room and the fully renovated Kitchen.
