Replacement of an old "birdcage" style lift with a new 3-floor elevator and shaft within an older public library located in the historic downtown district of Slatington. This job required that the library remain open to the public during construction and fit within the historic nature of the existing building, while incorporating design elements from the original lift where possible.

Located on the historic Moravian University campus in the heart of downtown Bethlehem, Foy Concert Hall is a modern 425-seat facility used for musical performances and large lectures. The renovation of the public bathrooms consisted of a full gut demolition and reconstruction using contemporary finishes able to withstand high-traffic use. It was essential for the project to be completed between concert seasons to avoid disruption of the fully booked venue schedule.

Mt. Gilead is a Christian Summer Camp for girls located in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania. As part of a property-wide update, each of the existing ten cabins received a full bathroom addition on the rear and new heating/cooling HVAC units. An additional eleventh cabin required a more extensive addition that featured a handicap accessible entry ramp and bathroom, utility room and storage area.
