The key goals of this project were to refresh the aesthetic of the social hall/bar area and increase the rentability of the venue. Wood wall paneling and plain dropped ceilings were removed and replaced with a contemporary ledgestone veneer and a coffered ceiling with exposed tee track, upgraded panels and decorative crown moulding. New trim, paint and flooring completed the social hall updates, while other areas such as the upper-level meeting room and entry, kitchen and bathrooms received pragmatic updates to the flooring, ceilings and doors.
