Rustic Addition with Window Wall in Tobyhanna

This rustic 600 square foot addition checked all the boxes for a growing family including more gathering space, a guest bathroom, and a more accessible laundry area. At the request of the owner, large expanses of glass at the rear of the addition were incorporated to maximize the amount of natural light flooding this addition. The rustic charm of the addition is complete with engineered hardwood flooring, vaulted family room, stained wood trim, windows and doors. To round out the project, the client wanted the convenience of a guest bathroom to accommodate their family gatherings, and an accessible laundry space compared to the previous location.
