The 420 square foot, second floor addition to this early 1900s, in-town home features 2-additional bedrooms, 1-additional bathroom, a second-floor laundry, and an expanded covered deck.
The Owner’s Bath renovation to this early 1900s home featured a full gut of the plaster-and-lath finish, reconfiguring out the existing fixture arrangement and repurposing approximately 5-ft x 5-ft of an adjacent bedroom for the creation of a new custom shower.
