Bedroom Addition Over Finished Basement in Effort

After moving in with her daughter, this customer decided she needed a personal space to call her own. The solution was to extend the finished basement and add a 336 square-foot bedroom suite with a full bath to the side of the house. A rebuild and extension of the existing rear deck was also included to allow the entire family to enjoy the outdoors together. The addition needed to blend seamlessly on the exterior so that the added areas (as well as the customer) felt like part of the existing home and family.
