You must see this transformation to believe it! After a fire destroyed the rear of the second floor and the entire attic, this family was left without a home. Water further damaged the unburnt areas and necessitated full remediation and re-building of every level. While tragic, the owners recognized the opportunity to enhance the livability of their home as part of the re-build process and invested in additional required structural repairs and layout changes. The result was a stunning, 3-level plus finished basement, 4,000+ square foot home with 6-bedrooms and 5-bathrooms that is better than the original. Highlights from the upgraded layout include an open-concept first floor with a chef-inspired kitchen, functional bathroom designs, an over-sized Owner Bedroom, an upper-level laundry closet and a finished basement that is perfect for hosting family members for extended stays.
