This kitchen renovation will have you doing a double take to see how it was even possible! Of course, you can’t make it pretty before making a little mess, so we started by gutting the spaces down to the studs. With a few structural modifications we were able to open up the rooms to expand the kitchen. In the end, the functionality was drastically improved by the new layout. As far as the finishes go, simple but elegant was the goal here. The designer pendant island lights pair perfectly with the existing leaded transom glass over the interior door. Under cabinet lighting allows for practical prep space on the ample amount of quartz tops. The pot filler saves time during those holiday meals and the high-end kitchen appliances make cooking enjoyable. This renovation allowed the heart of the home to become a stunning gathering place once again for the parents and teenage children in this family.
