Custom Two-story Home in Northampton

Three cousins and their spouses wanted to build new homes near each other on adjacent plots of family land. This project started with our expert team guiding the families through the land sub-division and regulatory processes. This couple opted for a custom home based on a plan that they had found. Our in-house design team worked directly with the family to adjust the plans so that it addressed their personal style and needs and fit within their budget. The results were a 2,047 square foot, 2-story home that included 3-Bedrooms, 2.5 Bath, an oversized 3-car garage and a covered exterior entertainment area at the rear of the home.
