Custom Home in Northampton with First-floor Owner Suite

Three cousins and their spouses wanted to build new homes near each other on adjacent plots of family land. This project started with our expert team guiding the families through the land sub-division and regulatory processes. The couple opted for a custom home that would meet their current needs but also offer room to grow. Working with our in-house design team we came up with a 2-story plan that has the Owner’s Bedroom on the first floor and checked all the boxes; 1,856 square feet, 3-Bedroom, 2.5 Baths and an unfinished area adjacent to the second-floor hall that is perfect for future expansion.
