Custom Glenview in Portland Borough

Built for a couple nearing retirement, this 1-story, 3-Bedroom and 2-Bath Custom Glenview Portfolio Home design had to be modified to add extra space and accommodate an owner with limited mobility. To create the 1,640 square foot layout, a dual bump out was added at the rear of the main Living/Dining Room space. This also created an opportunity to do a volume ceiling and window wall overlooking the rear of the site. The Kitchen and Mudroom were also expanded to allow for increased access from the garage. A Pocket-Office space was also designed to allow for the owner to work-from-home as needed.
