Custom Glenview Home Design in Reeders

This couple was seeking a new home in which to enjoy their retirement. After not having found anything to their liking, our in-house design team was able to modify our Glenview Portfolio Home design to perfectly match their needs and lifestyle. One-floor living and an open-concept, easy to navigate floorplan with a split-bedroom layout for privacy, were essential elements in this 3-Bedroom, 2-Bath, 1,551 square foot plan. A custom, wood-burning stone fireplace and luxurious marble tile in the owner’s shower added a touch of elegance to balance the functional elements that this family desired.
