Custom Craftsman Home with First-floor Owner Suite in Northampton

Three cousins and their spouses wanted to build new homes near each other on adjacent plots of family land. This project started with our expert team guiding the families through the land sub-division and regulatory processes. This couple opted for a custom home with a first-floor Owner’s Suite and an open-concept Kitchen, Dining and Living Room Area. Our in-house design team was able to include an office space near the front door and a future office space/storage area on the second floor. Featuring 3-Bedrooms and 2.5 Baths within 1,832 square feet along with the two office spaces, this home the perfect place for a busy-growing family.
