Custom Chapple-SV Home Design with Attached Pole Building Garage in Long Pond

This project took one of our most popular home designs and rearranged the interior to suit the lifestyle of this young couple. By swapping the location of the Kitchen and Dining Room we were able to create a more formal eating space that was further elevated by the addition of a benched window seat. Other upgraded interior features include a custom horizontal slat stair rail, a wood beamed vaulted ceiling and kitchen cabinets loaded with extras. A four-car pole building garage was designed to connect to the traditionally framed main home. Accommodation for future additions, such as a free-standing corner fireplace and front deck were also included to allow these young homeowners to add even more features to the home as their budget allows.
