Cabin Re-build with Additions and Interior Renovations in East Stroudsburg

This country home transformation starts on the exterior where we completely removed all finishes down to the exterior sheathing to give it new life! The homeowners chose lifetime warranted architectural shingles, upgraded woodgrain vinyl siding and energy efficient windows. Along with this renovation, we added some square footage to make their home more functional with an extra bathroom, a larger laundry/mudroom, bedroom closet storage space and a wrap-around deck outside. We encountered some serious structural concerns that we brought to the owner’s attention. Without hesitation, we were given the approval to correct the issues in order for us to provide a strong foundation for this couples soon to be Pocono retirement retreat. On the inside, the owners chose some beautiful details with the advice and direction of our design team. We installed all new flooring, light fixtures and bathroom finishes that included tile floors in both the master and guest bathrooms. The kitchen features custom painted cabinetry, antique leather-look granite counters, tile backsplash and engineered wide plank maple flooring. The rustic wood finishes continue into the living room with the beaded wood ceiling, custom loft railing and the barn beam mantle. The gas fireplace with stone veneer from the flush hearth up to the vaulted ceiling is sure to warm up this new cozy retirement chalet.
