Several factors influence the cost of building a custom home, including the size and complexity of the design, the quality of materials and finishes, site conditions, and any custom features or upgrades. At Robert Ace Builders, we work with you to balance your wants and needs with your budget to help you achieve your new home vision.

We don’t lend directly, but we work closely with local banks that specialize in construction-to-permanent loans.

Our projects are turn-key. This means that a detailed project specification will be provided clearly outlining what’s included (materials, labor, allowances, and exclusions) so there are no surprises.

Items such as lot purchase, site-specific conditions, certain utility connections, specialty permits, upgrades, and design selections may not be included. We walk through potential additional costs upfront to avoid surprises.

Pricing may change if you request upgrades, design changes, or if unforeseen site conditions arise. Any changes are discussed and approved via signed change order before moving forward.
